The brand name "Sohlene" including its logo, visual identity, trade dress, packaging design, and all related intellectual property rights including copyright and design rights, is a trademark of NovatrOVE Jewels LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misappropriation of the Sohlene trademark, logo, or any associated intellectual property — in any form or medium — will constitute infringement and shall be subject to legal proceedings under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws, including claims for injunction, damages, and account of profits.

NovatrOVE Jewels LLP reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haryana, India.
