What metals do you use for your jewellery?
We use 14K and 18K gold in Yellow Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold variants. Prices displayed on the website are based on 14K gold.
How do I know my ring size?

Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes, every solitaire diamond is accompanied by an IGI certificate.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping across most locations in India. Certain remote locations and areas beyond Tier 3 cities may attract additional shipping charges. International orders are shipped via Sequel Global with applicable charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer next-day delivery in select locations. Remote locations may take 2–3 business days.
Is my package insured during shipping?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured until they are delivered safely to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Diamond jewellery is eligible for 80% buyback value or 90% exchange value. Gold jewellery is eligible for 100% exchange value, subject to our policy terms.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products. Store your jewellery separately and clean it regularly using a soft cloth.
