Refund policy

•        We accept returns and exchanges at any time after purchase — there is no strict deadline.

•        We believe in building long-term trust with our customers.

•        Please note that all valuations are based on the current market price of materials at the time of return or exchange, not the original purchase price.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

•        The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.

•        The piece must be completely scratchless and free of any damage.

•        All original certificates (diamond, gemstone, or hallmark) must be presented.

•        Refunds are processed only after the returned piece has passed Sohlene's quality check; refunds will not be issued for items that fail inspection or do not meet the eligibility conditions above.

•        Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 21 business days of the quality check being completed.

•   Refunded amounts typically reflect in your original payment account within 21 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

•        Approved refunds are processed at the current market price or original purchase price if any additional discount was provided at the time of purchase.
