time of return or exchange, not the original purchase price

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The piece must be unworn and in its original condition
• The piece must be completely scratchless and free of any damage
• All original certificates (diamond, gemstone, or hallmark) must be presented
